What data we process

• Quote form: name, company, phone, email, project type, area, fair or date and your message.
• WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you give us when you contact us.
• AI assistant: the messages you type in the chat. We don't ask for personal data there; please don't share any.

Why we use it and legal basis

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and, if we work together, manage the project — based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). No marketing, no profiling.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry; at most one year if we don't work together, and for the periods required by law if we do.

Who we share it with

• Website hosting and forms provider, which stores form enquiries and emails them to us. It may be outside the EU, with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
• Google (Gemini API) processes chat messages to generate answers. On its free tier Google may use that content to improve its products — please don't type personal data in the chat.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing alyexalcora@gmail.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
